Booking and Payment Conditions.

Booking is a binding contract between Client and Varne Ridge.

After initial enquiry, and Booking dates have been agreed between both parties, client is required to send a deposit, for one third of total Booking, the balance is required 40 days before arrival date, unless otherwise agreed.


CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED.

Payments can be made either by Bankers Drafts, Transfers, or personal Cheques, all made payable to Varne Ridge Caravan Park, (payments to be in GBP Sterling).

If agreed beforehand, the balance can be paid in cash on arrival.

Accommodation will be confirmed on receipt of deposit, by post or e-mail.

Please note deposits are non-refundable.  No reminders of when balance is due will be sent; if the balance fails to reach Varne Ridge on time, the Booking will be void and Varne Ridge is free to accept other Bookings for that period.

If the Booking is cancelled at short notice by Client, through no fault of Varne Ridge, the balance is non-refundable, unless Varne Ridge is able to obtain another booking for that period.

If, however, Varne Ridge is unable to provide accommodation for the agreed period, for reasons unknown, the balance will be refunded to client.

If Client decides to leave directly after the swim, that is their decision and no refunds will be given.
